Students will learn to perform a range of basic tasks and apply known solutions to predictable problems across automotive systems, including exposure to diesel engines. The certificate provides a solid starting point for further study or apprenticeships in areas such as light and heavy vehicles, mobile plant, agricultural machinery, motorcycles, marine systems, and automotive electrical work.
